I’m an NFTS Cinematography Alumnus and I’ve been shooting for over 10 years. I’m endlessly passionate about telling stories, meeting new people and trying to capture the madness that is life. I love film, filmmaking and the process of turning words on the page into imagery on the screen.

To me, script is everything. I’m always going on about theme and character. Whose perspective are we in? How is the audience supposed to feel here? My job isn’t to make pretty images, it’s to guide the audience’s attention, reflect the characters’ inner worlds, and to create an emotional journey for the audience through pacing, movement, light and shadow.

I’ve won several awards for my individual work on short films, but am most proud of two BSC Short Film Cinematography Award Nominations.
